Comprehensive patient care

All patient care is subject to rigorous formal supervision by a consultant who chairs weekly multi-disciplinary patient assessment and discharge planning meetings. Each member of the team aims to promote maximum independence that enables patients to resume roles, activities and tasks completed prior to admission. The team aims to work together to achieve these goals and ensure a cohesive and unified approach to intervention.

Where continued support or rehabilitation is necessary the team organises this prior to discharge and liaises with patients and necessary others regarding available services.
