Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a non-invasive form of treatment that addresses problems in joints, discs, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves (musculoskeletal system) that cause pain, stiffness and weakness.

Our approach relies on an accurate assessment, skilled treatment techniques and appropriate advice on how to manage your condition. Common problems treated include:

  • back & neck pain
  • shoulder pain
  • knee injury / pain
  • hip injury / pain
  • headaches
  • soft tissue injury
  • work related injury
  • sports injury
  • ligament & tendon problems
  • vertigo

Clinics run Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 and there is ample free parking on site.

Hydrotherapy

Conditions which will benefit include:

  • arthritis including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
  • low back, thoracic or neck pain
  • sciatica
  • non weight bearing following surgery
  • fibromyalgia
  • sports injuries
  • muscular / joint injury or fracture

Post surgery:

  • hip / knee / shoulder replacement
  • ACL reconstruction
  • knee and shoulder arthroscopy
  • surgically managed fracture
